Altium 13.1 question

Hi all,

Sorry for the noob question but I have no experience in altium board layout and can't seem to find my answer online... It is asked of my to make a small design update in our non-supported Altium 13.1 suite. I made the changes in the schematic design. I added a couple of parts, made the footprint for them, no problem. But now I want to update my board layout and add the parts. I cannot find how to add the parts to the board layout. Can someone help me? This is probably such an easy question for most of you..
