Can altium open/convert Mentor PADS schematic

Hello!
I'm struggling with an issue that I had a Mentor PADS schematic file and I need to import it to Eagle, but this can't be done directly, so i need schematic in Altium format which I can import with Eagle script. Unfortunately, I don't have Altium to try open this file, can someone can try open this file with Altium and try to save this as Altium schematic file(possibly ASCII format can be imported with eagle). I really need to do this conversion but all my tries are a fault for this moment so I'm looking for helping hand . I'm attaching normal PADS .sch and ASCII (.txt)which I exported from PADS, because I don't know which Altium can import

I used tinyupload because .sch files cannot be uploaded as an attachment

I think pads file should be saved as *.asc & not *.txt file for altium to open it.
I have a file.asc & altium can open it.

Thanks for Your answer, I just exported .asc file from Pads, is it possible for You Mengfei to try open this file and then save it in altium format ?

I could open the file but there's nothing there, the vocore2-pads is only 9kb, could there be something wrong when you saved it to asc format?

Once more thanks for Your effort, I just tried to export this schematic once more and I'm confused, export was created sucessfully but .asc file is still 9kb and it looks like it's not format what we're looking for because when i select ".asc" extension there is explanation that is "PADS layout rules" file and .txt is described as "ASCII files" so maybe .txt file is what we looking for, but maybe You can try once more to import this .txt file because i think it should be valid, maybe changing .txt extension to .asc and then importing it with altium can do it's job ? I have no any further ideas what to do about this as PADS version which i use can't export other then these file extensions

if my memory serves me right I think there are different versions of *.asc, try to search if you can find another version or way to save as *.asc format. this is the only format Altium can open from a converted pads file AFAIK.
