Can someone import a PADS Logic ASCII .txt file into Altium schematic for me ?

When using the Altium Import Wizard on two exported PADS Schematic ASCII .txt files (2005.2), I get an "Out of Memory error" after a few minutes.

Could someone try this import for me on their Altium system and generate two Altium schematics + libs (.SCH , .LIB) please ?

The 2 files and the Import instructions are attached.

3 hours running with 64Gb consuming 27 GB and nothing ( no error no end ) , I wait another 3 hours, but I guess something is wrong here

I think I have got to the bottom of this. I have got one file importing now.

After trying many combinations, I suspected something might be wrong with the schematics.
I deleted a sheet at a time, generated a new .txt file and tried an import.
Eventually I discovered the problem was with one particular sheet.
I copied this sheet to another sheet - and deleted the original sheet.
Now it works !

Good I was still trying but i guess was on an infinite loop. Nexy quit now
