I'm slowly beginning the process of trying to write a custom one in my spare time using visual studio...
there's generic db management software like this which could work for one user
https://www.mysql.com/products/workbench/
https://razorsql.com/index.html
but this wouldn't be great for team use...
There's no generic dB client software I've seen that is limited to only let people connect, query, browse, add and edit records across a collection of tables in any kind of SQL database.. (I would love to be proven wrong!)
