Error Altium Designer 17 Extensions & Updates

Hello all.
After installing Altium Designer 17 twice and clean the registry.
When I update Extension & Updates and Ejection Altium the following errors ...

When rebooting the Altium later appears "Please" wait a moment ....
And the program will not start.

I go to the folder path and they exist.
What can happen..¿?

Years ago I saw something similar: the setup files were corrupt (a bad trial download from Altium). Downloading the file again and reinstalling solved all problems.
