Generate schematic from PCB file, Altium

I have a converted a PCB file from Pads into Altium and now want to generate the schematics based on the PCB. I have searched for it, but all the documents online talk about from schematics to pcb or from gerber to pcb.  Anyone knows the trick to get the netlist out of the PCB and into the schematics?

I know of very few tools which can create schematics from netlists (and when they do, they're terrible, because they don't understand how to place components on a schematic -- a difficult problem akin to PCB placement and routing, after all).  If you can't get the schematics into a compatible format, rebuild it yourself.  It's probably only a few days work (unless it's huge, I guess).

I can rebuild the schematic, it is not that hard. I just want to keep it linked to PCB so I can do changes in the future and use it for the BOM management.

Recreate the schematic and use the "Component Links" to be sure that the relation between each schematic symbol and the corresponding component on the board is correct.

Design procedure is Schematic -> PCB. Not the other way.
You need to recreate the schematic by hand, match designators by hand, and link the parts together. Use Project-> component links in the PCB editor. And use the tools the right way next time.
