how to enable all layers in Altium

Hi
I have get  design files from TI and when I open the files in altium every single layer is only active, the TIDA-00707 design from TI, how could I enable all layers at once, it's on my never!

great! but i tried to find in where menu this shortcut exist, none found. so i have to ask, where i can find such mystical shortcuts help guide?

View > Workspace Panels > Help > Shortcuts

Also, hit the "LS" in the lower left corner (layer sets), All Layers.

If you've saved a view configuration (on the Layers dialog, L) with some layers disabled (most often, copper and mechanical layers you weren't using at the time you saved it), you want to click All Layers to make everything visible again.
