List of Rules For PCB

hi

does anyone have a list or documentation on how to implement specific rules in pcb? The query tutorial in Altium is not much of help.

also some rules are implemented in SCH but when i run them to PCB some will work & some will not

when is it appropriate to use 'AND' 'OR' in the query commands.
not all users are programmers too
