Nanoboard NB1 availability
« on: June 04, 2011, 11:35:26 am »
I'm on the look out for a Nanoboard NB1 that I can use at work (a UK university)for playing around with. I can't afford a newer NB2 (unfortunately) as I will be paying for this myself. Does anyone know where I can get hold of one? I've seen the occasional one on Ebay but they have been too highly priced.
Thanks.

P.S I have Altium Designer already so that's not a problem.

Altium haven't made the NB1 for at least 4-5 years.
They still have a couple lying around for support purposes, but I'm not sure they would part with them because they are now so rare.

Maybe go for the NB3000 or an oldskool live design kit? The live design kit is a little outdated, but you can still play packman on it :-P. If it's just to play around, that wouldn't be a problem I guess?
