Place Via (PV) and preset via sizes
« on: May 20, 2016, 12:18:03 pm »
Is there a way to somehow select via properties from a list of predefined favourite via styles when using 'p-v' command? I mean in a similar fashion to how it is done during Interactive Routing?

I love the smell of FR4 in the morning!

I don't think so.

There's P, T, (click), 2, (click), (right click), (right click) (don't move mouse between first two clicks), but that's slow.

FWIW, P,V sets default other via properties, like tenting and test points.  Can be useful, or annoying if you forget.

Maybe I'm missing something, but what's wrong with P,V, <Tab> and select a via style from the template drop down?  (I think hole/via templates appeared in 16, or maybe 15.8ish?)
