Signal Selection Via Componet Placement

I have an output that is selected at manufacture by placing a component on the correct pad. As its RF I want a single pad entry and then depending on the component, depends on which route the signal takes. See here:



Whats the best way in Altium to accomplish this? Is it to draw a three headed schematic/PCB footprint ? or overlay lap them and ignore/turn of error check due to overlap?
