Updating component in sch doesnt change description on pcb

So i have a project and i need to change some resistor values.
Each resistor value is a different library part but has the same footprint, so i just need to swap their value on SCH and PCB but keep the same position on the PCB and same silkscreen (it was edited because it was too close to other things).

I can right click on them in the schematic, go into the options and click the "choose" button.
In there i can change them to the new component. This works fine for the schematic

If i then push the changes to the PCB it updates some of their properties but not the important ones. Like value.
So now I have a part that says 220R on SCH but 330R on PCB. If i update the PCB from schematic it says they are identical.

If i check the properties of the component on the PCB under 'schematic reference information' it's showing their 'library ref' as the old value rather than the new one.

Any easy way to fix this and push the changes.

Note that i don't want to update the copper/mask/silk from library to PCB. The PCB is in production. I'm just changing values.

Try resetting the Unique ID and re-match them by designator.
