Hi
i want to add a version code on my pcb automatically like insert picture, how can i do ?
i work with altium 17,and vault3(i recently worked with this software)

I normally add a parameter.  Set the text label to ".Revision".  Under Project Options, Parameters tab, create a "Revision" parameter, with value "1" (or whatever your current revision is).

Use the same parameter on schematics with "=Revision".

I'm not sure if parameters can be referenced from database or anything.  (If you want to write a script, anything is possible?)

thanks for tips,
i have done  this for my schematic sheet ,who can i add this version for pcb sheet without use (place, string and change manually string )
i work with altium vault, i hope to insert version to pcb sheet automatic with altium vault
