Check out this circuit for a single transistor FM transmitter.  ;D

Thanks guys for mentioning my on WOTH. Yes i do play Dave's video's + The Amp Hour, I do try to pick and choose but sometimes so rants get thought like the Renesas Video American money rant. But it was a great subject, it got us talking about some of our own failed systems like the Sacajawea dollar coin, the two dollar bill and the gold standard (probably should go back to).

The most common request video is the fluke multimeter destruction #66, we did a spin off of it but instead of a fluke meter it was how far can you toss an ipod safety. From 50 feet the student had to design a system to keep the ipod safe, if it lived they get to keep it. We used shipping shock sensors on the elimination round but used live ipods on the second round.

The Sylvia's Super-Awesome Maker Show was a great hit as well thank for mentioning that. I had no idea that show existed. I have incoming students that have no idea about electronics and we actually use the same drawdio project for the exploratory students. Exploratory the students basically spend a week in each trade to try them out.

Do you guys have F.I.R.S.T. robotics out there? Would be a great show, get to see some amazing work from high school kids doing engineering and electronics.

See yea

ps. Mr. J came about my first year teaching, there was five other Mr. Johnson's so the name kind of stuck.
