The free 1200 page book from Analog Devices "Basic Linear Design" by Frank Zumbahlen is almost an essential download for anyone wanting to learn or use opamps. This suggestion came from Chris on one of the Amp Hour podcasts. A great book. Chris said you could buy the dead tree version pretty cheaply as well.http://www.foxcomputer.se/Basic%20Linear%20Design.pdf
Check out "Op-Amps For Everyone" (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slod006b/slod006b.pdf) and buy the full updated book: http://www.amazon.com/Op-Amps-Everyone-Third-Edition/dp/1856175057/ref=pd_sim_sbs_b_3 (Go for the 3rd Edition, not the 4th)
