I installed the upgraded license I received with the purchase of my oscilloscope and the oscilloscope said it was installed successfully, but when I was poking around I noticed that my memory depth only went to 28Mpts. I checked the installed options and I think everything is enabled. Am I missing something here? Am I just not understanding this correctly? I attached some pics.

Also, are there more options available that I'm not aware about, that if I hacked this machine I would receive?

Total memory may be divided by the # of active channels.

As tautech said. Your picture shows the two channels active and therefore the memory will be halved.

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...
