HOW TO CONVERT THE SMPS PWM OUTPUT OF 50V AND 10A TO CONSTANT DC OUTPUT??

I have a smps which is giving 50 volts and 10 amperes as its output, Now i want to display the voltage and the current on the lcd. the problem to be solved is, how to convert the pwm output to constant dc so that the ADC can read the proper current and voltage. i have already made a circuit which can work only if the output is constant.

Please help me output with this???

I would think that if you're seeing a PWM on the output of the SMPS, that the output capacitor(s) on the supply are not doing their job. You will get a bit of switching frequency through, but you should be seeing a basically DC output. Is this an off-the-shelf supply, or are you using a switcher IC?
