Tapatalk already supports the EEVBLOG forum. 

Your enthusiasm is admirable, but just download tapatalk and try it out, you'll see you won't need to re-invent the wheel.

yes i know about tapatalk . but i am tallking about an unified app only designed for eevblog frum and youtube channel,its a wheel with the modification of round shape ,so why not.....

Better OS integration, such as notifications, interapp communication, and access to hardware (e.g. camera).

I'm not saying a dedicated app can't be better. For instance, I like how you can go back to your search in the Youtube app, while the current video is still playing in the corner. On the desktop you could only do this by opening the video in a new window.

I don't know Tapatalk, so I don't know what (if any) additional features it has. I'm sure there is room for improvement. I just don't see what added value an app that's dedicated only for the EEVblog would have.

Tapatalk is ok as a reader, but it is very basic. It does not show quotes very well, it very cumbersome to post especially if you are quoting. It would be cool to have a library style of the EEVbolg videos and slicker/easier to use forum features. A lot of room for improvement for sure.

If you have the energy - do it. You can always port it for other forums and potentially make it worth the time. Sounds like a labor of love, but that's what I do every day.

Yeah, point taken on the quotes.. They look like shite, actually. 

I mostly use tapatalk for reading.  Hardly ever post with it.

I don't know what features you could use, other than a better tapatalk, I suppose.

1) Reading, posting and quoting better.
2) block users
3) subscribe / unsubscribe to threads
4) integrate the wiki (tab #2)
5) integrate dave's twitter feed  (tab #3)
6) video on tab #4 (although youtube viewer is fine for starters... maybe there is a youtube API to integrate on your own app)

Thanks for your suggestions . but should I publish thus app without Dave's permission? I've mailed Dave but I know he is a busy guy. What do you think should I give download links here?
