Can you expand on your question, maybe post a simple schematic. Question
not quite detailed enough to help you.

MOST of PSU IC like tps54331 and lm117 has feedback resistor that determines its output voltage. there is an equation in their datasheet but if there was a calculator that calculates its feedback resistor considering standard resistor would be nice and fast to change them
do u know any offline calculator that do that ?

Here's a link to my favourite calculator site. It also has other useful maths tools.

10 seconds with a spreadsheet, or a pocket calculator and bit of paper.

u should calculate resistors and then look up on ur local supplier if they have that standard or not
so calc that consider the standards resistor and choose the resistor according to them would be a fast job
till now im using windows calc and have no problem but I think it would be nice if I find that software

It was easy enough to strip out all "unnecessary" code from that site and make a small html that can be opened in most browsers by just double-clicking the file.

Save the attachment to your computer and change the extension from .txt to .html (html files can't be uploaded here)

It looks a bit plain since I removed all styling, but it's kinda ok anyways I think ;-)
