Arduino 30V 3~5A PSU

Can anyone write code and make schematic for Arduino PSU thats gonna be able to deliver 3 to 5 Amps of current at 30V

Can you give more details to your question? Like why you need this (Application?) and more details (like linear or a SMPS) and what the Code should do on the Arduino (LCD or Rotary Encoder, etc?) and what your part on the project is...

Im planning to build bench PSU that would have LCD display buck boost converter  and decent accuracy.
My idea is to use arduino nano as a main controller have it control the buck boost converter via push buttons and display the output voltage and current on LCD
On Vin i couldnt get anything more than 24V out of laptop PSU that has 4.5A
