Hello.I want to buy an Arduino programmer for my eeprom chip (ATMEL AT27C256R-70PU).Does Arduino supports this chip?

Check out eevblog #411 episode and its forums thread. It's a general purpose programmer, not Arduino specific.

27c256 is NOT an eeprom. it is an UV erasable EPROM
the 29c256 would be a flash EEPROM
the 28C256 ( don't know if that one exists. i think they top out at 28c64) would be an EEPROM

So that chip is an eprom.But now can i still use it with arduino?
