Are there any X86 tablet with minimal sensor possible?

Hi everyone, I had a samsung Q1 (no-Ultra) and I like it, I only took out the bluetooth and mic then it works as I like, but I broke the screen days ago, and I cannot find a good replacement screen(all are from China which I don't trust), so I want to buy a new UMPC/tablet, but I find all of them have tons of devices/sensors I don't want, such as cameras, GPS, 3G/4G, bluetooth, light sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer, gyro......
Now I can only ask you guys for help... I need nothing more than a hand-held X86 computer with not less than 512 MB of RAM, screen not larger than 10 inch, without all those annoying sensors, are there any one on the market? Thank you!

So why not just ignore the sensors or disable the drivers?

Features sell. Why would anyone make something that didn't sell? Generally:
X86 technology is generic and requires support I/O chips, which typically means more power and space used (less portable).
ARM cpu technology is typically system-on-chip (ARM corp makes no silicon, licensee's fabricate as per spec, GPU's and I/O included).
X86 is CISC technology (typ. more on-die power consumption) ARM is RISC technology (typ. less power req'd).

In the last few years, crafty power management and 14/22nm chip technology has allowed X86 Atom CPU's to compete in low power markets, but making a system-on-chip (CPU, I/O, GPU, etc..) to suite everyone has proven difficult if not impossible.
