the problem is finding suppliers that have the right technology.

for example : apple uses a technique whereby they microperforate aluminum so light can shine through it without you seeing a visible opening

who offers that as a service ?  i have a product where i want to make an aluminum enclosure and have illuminated text that shines through the aluminum.
