anyone know if you can use debugWire on an Atmel Atmega328p; and if yes do you have an schematic.

DebugWire works over a reset pin. You will also have to connect VCC and GND from the target to the debugger. There is no schematic for this. And atmega238p does support DebugWire.

Atmel Studio and a supported debugWire capable debugger will need a full 6 pin Atmel ISP connection to the ATmega328P to be able to program its fuses to enter/exit debugWire mode.
Also, you cant have any capacitor on /RESET.
