Battery bank
« on: November 11, 2016, 01:33:35 pm »
Hi,

I want to make a DIY battery bank for my Nexus 7 tablet. Bought few 18650 battery and was thinking of wiring them up as shown in the picture. Can you tell me whether I'm doing it the right way ?

Another thing also I want to be able to recharge the battery so looking around found this board https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3-Serial-12A-Charging-Protection-Board-For-Polymer-Lithium-Battery-12V-Short-Circuit-Protection/32738039954.html. In terms of recharging the battery can I hook the + and - directly into this PCB

Thanks

I think you need to take a deeper look at this problem, especially from a safety / fire hazard point of view.
