(solved) best way to simulate 30amps on components.

i am want to see how components react to 30 amps of current and i have used ltspice, multisim, and Circuit Wizard for this but i had noticed that if i place a dmm/ get the voltage at any node it will show 30kv useing an amp source of 30, but if i use 17vdc there is no amps/ very little.

so what is the correct way to simulate this?  :-//

PS: im looking at making a variable 17VDC 30AMP ( minus of coarse all the voltage drops from the components. ) CC/CV bench power supply from an old rv inverter  transformer that is 17VDC 30AMP.

The load resistance on the output of your simulation will need to be 17/30 Ohm  i.e. 0.57 Ohm to draw 30 Amp from a 17 Volt supply.

I see what my mistake was now.
I was just using an amps source, and not a voltage source and then using ohs law to figure out the correct resistor value.  |O  :palm:
