DATASHEET MISSING !!@@!!@@!!@@!!
« on: May 07, 2013, 11:12:16 pm »
Hey guys i CANT find my power supply datasheet.
Its a lpg9-43 with brand .... multirama (its not the actual brand but it is renamed after a store chain in Greece )www.multirama.gr
please i tried to find the brand but nothing came on the screen that could be remotely helpful.
I need it so i can identify the 12 volt rail to put on some fans. but .... i dont know the Current that it provides nor which lines are the 12 volt ones.
And maybe there are a 12 volt 1 amp and a 12 volt 10 amp rail and i dont know which is which .....
I think from the reasearch i made that the brand is ATX but i am not sure..... ill try searching a bit more but i will certainly need your help please.
Thank you.

Some pictures would help.

if you have a multimeter, you could just put it on Volts and check what's coming out on various cables and determine what's close to 12v.

Pretty much thanks for your interest but guys i feel such a stupid guy.... while i was taking a picture of the model number and the brand.... i realised that the values were writen in the bottom of the supply and i could not see them .. while standing i saw them because i layed the pc down... anyway the 12 volt line is the one with the yellow one and it outputs up to 14 amps!!! The model is as i said the LPG9-43 and the company its VORSICHTI and it is made in surprise surprise ... CHINA ... so i am sorr for the extra topic and the effort i got you into thanks for your responses.

If it's an ATX power supply, or at least a power supply that complies with the ATX standards, then the colors of the wires determine their functions.

Jeeze...a little bit of Google maybe?

EDIT: "T" is right above "G"... |O

I didn't take it apart.
I turned it on.

The only stupid question is, well, most of them...

Save a fuse...Blow an electrician.

Hehe, no, "VORSICHT" is not the company. It is German, meaning CAUTION!  ;D

EDIT: Very unlikely, but perhaps it is from them: http://vorsicht.org.hk/ (<= no, sorry, i am just kidding!)

So if it is made in china why does it have german "instructions" on it.
Look at everything made around your house, apartment, hole in the ground, etc.
Look for the "Made In China" label, or "Made In Taiwan" or whatever label it may have.
What language is it written in?
What language was that particular item's instruction booklet written in?
Does it really matter?
No...
