Nobody here is going to do your homework for you. You have to at least say what you have tried.

Or you might at least tell us what microcontroller you are programming.

Well, based on previous posts, it is STM32F0. You seriously can't find a blinky example for one of the most common MCUs?

The way an engineer would do this is:
1) Get hold of a dev kit
2) Read the documentation
3) Experiment
4) Experiment
5) Experiment
6) Repeat from step 2 as necessary
7) ...
