Does 64pF, imply actual compensation adjustment anywhere from 10pF - 64pF ?
 
The probes are these,

If not - then can I change the capacitor trimmer?

It means the tip capacitance that loads your circuit is 64pF. *1 probes don't have a frequency compensation trimmer capacitor.

They can be used with a 1054Z scope, with the standard performance limitations.

Of course you have significant circuit loading, at 1 Mhz Xc ~= 2.5K
ohms, quite low.

Completely out of the question to probe a crystal oscillator circuit
for example, at the crystal.
