Well I get the risk involved in it, I have an battery which has a circuit (called BMC- Battery management circuit) in it to protect it from over heating and over charger, that make me feel safer to work with them.
Actually I want to know whether its excess amount of voltage or current (at a recommended voltage) that causes "EXPLOSION" to happen ?
I actually tried to do charge the batteries directly with solar cell but the BMC (in the batteries) burned and stopped the direct current flow to the battery so I was trying to make a power regulator to charge the batteries at recommended voltage but it was taking more time, and even though I provided them sufficient amount of time to the charge (@recommended voltage), the batteries last for just 5 min or so.
