Chinese Power Banks

I am looking to grab a couple Chinese power banks kits off ebay and was hoping someone had some experience with some and  can post the results and which one it was ??

A lithium battery is very dangerous. Why buy a cheap no-name-brand Chinese kit designed by a person who probably knows nothing about the dangers?

You'd need to make sure it is safe. They can explode from overcharging if they are poorly made.

I recommend paying a bit extra just to be safe.

Here is one I just received this week. Works OK so far. Seems to include charger module and I assume proper protection features. Pretty handy 12VDC portable source.
