component identification

Hi,

Here is a computer  power supply mpxgmf 08g ( the yellow piece).  It is wired to the 100ac input.  What is the use of it ? How do you name this?

Looks like a capacitor to filter HF (switching) noise.

Its a mains filter cap.
Greek letter 'Psi' (not Pounds per Square Inch)
