Well, you didn't specify WHAT kinds of failure modes you wanted to know about...

...Also, if you're doing FMEA, shouldn't you, oh I don't know, do your homework somewhere other than an *internet forum*?  The pertinent regulatory agencies would love to see *that* particular paper trail I'm sure. ;D
