Direct Box (DI) 2n3904 phantom powered and ground lift

Hello,
  I'm working on a DI stage, for now I tested the central part (figure 1), without phantom and ground lift. It seems to works pretty well, I tested it with the soundcard oscilloscope I made a week ago and the results are in the figure 2. In the figure 3 I added the phantom power I found in a Jensen's DI schematic, I don't really know if the ground lift part will work though.

What do you think?
