Hello!
Im planning on installing some LEDs in my mothers kitchen.
I already have the LED strips (5630).It will be about 3-4 m long.
My question is what i should do for driver? How good r the cheap ones on ebay?
Thanks in advance.

All that's needed is a 12V power supply. Buy a decent brand, from a reputable store.

You didn't specify how many Amps the LED strip needs.
LED strip has built-in current limiting resistors, so requires a constant voltage supply. Choose a 12V power supply with an equal or higher current rating, than the LED strip requires. There's no need to worry about fire, so long as you use a decent branded power supply, with over-current protection and suitable cable for the current rating.
