Hello friends please helpme, while updating my ds2072 shutdown power...  :palm: it is possible to save? thx in advance   :D

Is it new? If everything else doesn't work, you can try sending it to Rigol so they replace it under the warranty.

Pretty sure there is a recovery method, where you hold down a button and have the update file on the usb drive inserted. Have a search through the big DS2000 thread on here.
