How to I capture more then 120k point from a Rigol dz1054z and have it exported to a csv file?

Set your "Mem Depth" in the Acquire menu to the number of points you want.
Set "CSV" in Storage>Storage menu item.
Set "Memory" in Storage>DataSrc menu item.
Select your desired Channel in Storage>Channel
Select your USB storage in Storage>Save
Be willing to wait a while for the CSV file... the more points, the longer it takes for the scope to write the file. It is _slow_.

Is there a way to do it from usb with software?

There may be but I haven't figured out how. Maybe someone else knows. I use DSRemote (linux) for basic scope control and screenshots over USB or LAN,  but I don't remember if it will fetch CSV files.
