Ebay meter test leads

Has anyone bought Fluke probes off Ebay? They're ~ £15 cheaper than other places I can find them, concerned they might be fakes

They probably are fakes.  I just looked at TEquipment.net, authorized Fluke dealer, and their price is $28.85 USD.  Check out Frankie's store on eBay and look at the Brymen leads.  I have a set and I like them:

Aye I thought they'd either be fakes or someone's skimming them from the factory. Either that or reselling some Chinese-market only probes.

I'll pick up a couple of sets of those Brymens instead, thanks.

I don't know if that listing is fake or not, even if they are they may still be a good set of leads.

Unless Fluke branding is important to you, another option is to look at Pomona, they make the Fluke test leads and you can pick up Fluke test leads with the Pomona branding and not be concerned about the quality.

They are nice and have a black and red minigrabbers, one aligator and one sharp tip. :)

I also suggest this, look for example at Pomona 6365 (straight plugs) or 5519A (L shaped plugs, same as TL-71).

They also come in kit with alligator clips and tip extenders (look for 6344 and 6343)

I had a pair of the Pomona's 6365. Super sharp, but not very durable. Mine lasted a couple months and one of the leads became detached internally.
