EEPROM programming - "Verify after" fail
« on: August 26, 2013, 09:30:49 pm »
I am trying to make a clone out of my EPROM (Signetics 27C64 from CDPlayer) using this universal programmer

There is't exactly this EPROM type in this programmer database, but I can read the chip selecting Fujitsu, ST, etc., which should be OK.?
Once I have the hex data I am trying to program it to Atmel 28C64 EEPROM but the chip always fails the "verify after" process at the end. When I read from this newly programmed EEPROM I can see that written file doesn't correspond to the original EPROM file. Therefore the "verify after" fail I guess. How can I program this properly?
