Hey, quick question. Can Dave's uCurrent be connected to an oscilloscope to see the current waveform? Does it not something in between or is it just not possible?

its an op amp amplifying the signal across a small resistance value, you may get some ringing on fast signals, but it should operate like any other op amp circuit,

you will of course be limited by the bandwidth of the uCurrent so don't expect it to have perfect representation for higher frequencies, checking the specs of the opamp should tell you all you need to know.
