Electrical Symbol

In the diagram below there's something that looks like a thermistor but has an extra line on it. What kind of component is that? Thermistor doesn't really make sense in the diagram as far as I can see, but I wonder if it's related since the symbol is pretty close to one.

"NTC" is a negative temperature co-efficient thermistor.
"MOV" is a metal-oxide varistor (similar to back-to-back zeners).
