 It would be more convenient since beginners usually don't require this kind of techniques until they get into really design-critical stuff. Also, more people visit the General chat section.

That's always handy. I have been using this one for digital circuits:

Note that that is over 10 years old. Some EMI thinking has changed over that time due to die shrinkage so I would always check by looking at new publications. I tend to look at http://www.compliance-club.com/ and read the articles by Keith Armstrong. Following these tips has worked for me.
