Ethernet low power PHY

While searching for 10/100 Ethernet PHY I came across DP83822I(http://www.ti.com/product/DP83822I)

When powered from 1,8V(Digital,Analog)

On 100% Utilization consumes a power of about 130mW

Is there any drawback for using such chipsets?? are they compromising link performance for power saving ??Any caveats
