Finding data sheet of an old EEPROM device

Hello.

I am looking for data sheet of an old EEPROM chip:
Xicor X2864BDMB-35-131

The closest I found is X2864BDMB-12/15/18. Can be found in ordering information un this data sheet:

Is there any way to find what I am looking for?
I am most interested in write cycle time of the device. Write cycle time of 12/15/18 is 5ms. Read time is different (lower number is faster). Can I assume that 35 is same write time with slower read time?
What does 131 at the end mean.

-35 is 350ns. The related X2864AD-35's datasheet is here and it mentions a 10ms write cycle.

The part numbering scheme appears to be X2864abMc where

a: temperature range
A = commercial
AI = industrial
B = military

b: package
D = CDIP-28
F =  CFP-28
K = CPGA-28
E = CLCC-32

c: 883 level
B = 883
(blank) = normal

According to my 1985 Xicor data book, the write time is typically 2mS.  If you read back the address you just wrote, it will return inverted data until the write cycle completes, then return true data.  You can use this instead of a timer.

X2864 XYZW:

X - unknown. according to datasheet it is not temperature grade. i think this parameter tells the write cycle time.
Y - package indeed
Z - this is the temperature grade. I = industrial, M = military, blank = commercial.
W - indeed 883 level

problem is that i could not find official datasheet of what the first letter mean. is my Xicor X2864BDMB-35-131 is 5ms max write cycle time like in X2864BDMB-12/15/18 or 10ms like X2864AD-35.

any idea what is the difference between x2864A and x2864B?

i am interested in maximum write cycle time. here it is in X2864BM datasheet (5ms):


it is maximum write cycle time of X2864BDMB-12/15/18, according to this datasheet:

is it the same maximum write cycle time of X2864BDMB-35? is there X2864BDMB-35 in your book?

Sorry, it lists  X2864A and X2864B, and the X2864B is listed as "Advanced information" and has no max, just typ.

If you could scan and upload it to archive.org , that would be great; the 1992 version is here:

It has no mention of X2864 but only X28C64.
