I searched on the web, but I can't find any information on the required probe impedance. I can't find the COMPLETE user manual, the only thing i find again and again is a 10 page from the user manual, including front page, only describing the internal with schematic. What is the maximum voltage I can input?

It has normal 1Mohm inputs.  For a 15MHz scope, the cheapest Chinese probes will be fine.

Did you see this manual for the 1472C?  Should be similar in specs:
