I bought one of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/263342561733?ViewItem=&item=263342561733
It comes with no info or diagrams but found something close but doesn't match my work station pinout. I made a picture of what I have. The main thing is, I'm not sure how to wire in the sensors to the new Iron

I didn't realize how difficult of a task this is, 79 views and no replies, does anyone know where I might find a place to ask such a difficult question and get a helpful reply if not an answer?

It could be because of this:"

Weird, it looks like the ebay tags in bbcode produce that nonfunctional link. Just pasting it as a normal URL works fine: https://www.ebay.com/itm/263342561733?ViewItem=&item=263342561733

What's the problem here? You have a heater connected to red and green wires and NTC thermistor connected between blue and yellow, for the sake of economy they use the same common wire, both being unidirectional it doesn't matter which leg is common, what else it's there to confuse you?
