I am going to use 6 ultra sonic sensor for my project. These sensors can used with either 3 pin or 4 pins. I just wanted to know if there's any difference in performance between using both Echo and Trigger pins and using just the echo pin? I want good accuracy for my project.

Not clear this question.
Both pins has different purposes, one refers to output, other to input.
