Help identify component
« on: January 06, 2017, 12:41:10 pm »
Hi,

Can someone please help me identify the component in the pictures?
It sits between the mains input and the two diodes (diodes are in series) and measures around 30 \$\Omega\$ in resistance.

Thanks!

Now warm it up and measure again ;)
Keyboard error: Press F1 to continue.

It's obviously a schlumberger. Like a hamburger, but made with schlum (the black stuff between the two  buns.) :D

Now need to look for a schlumberger shop nearby: got McDonald's, KFC, but can't seem to see any schlumberger ones...  ;)

Would you like your coke in the combitester or in a separate cup?
