It is not a chip. It is probably a 22KOhm resistor. You need to take better images.

sorry for the caption, i  guess is either resistor or capacitor but not sure which =(

when measured in multi-meter with ohm selected, both end is linked , but the resistance measure from front and middle is different from the resistance measure from middle and back.

NF = noise filter? What is the resistance of all points to each other? Maybe some kind of ferrite?
Voltage does not flow, nor does voltage go.

brought "Murata NFM3DP Series, Signal Filter, 50 V dc, 2A SMD" to replace. hopefully everything goes well
