Help identifying a component

Need help identifying this component. I attached it using clips to a transistor tester, and the tester reads it as a resistor @ 1995 ohms. Is it resistor? Attached two images of the component.

Yes, looks like a close tolerance one to me.

2K Resistor
200(1) = 1more 0 = 2000R = 2K
Bit like some SMD Devices !
